In 1986 we moved to this fantastic piece
of God's creation called North Idaho from Central Oregon. During the past twenty-one years we have slaved many many
hours clearing and cleaning the area we now call our home-site. In the beginning two people could stand 10 feet apart,
anywhere, and not see each other. That's how thick the forest and brush was. Now, we share this wonderful
space with Mule Deer, White Tail Deer, Elk, Moose, Grouse, Snowshoe Hares, Black Bears, and in the winter a cougar may
be spotted in our area. At the moment, our closest neighbor is about a half mile away (in a straight
line).
Now that you know a little about where we are, the following will explain what we are about.
Our mission is to make available truly fine West Highland White Terrier Puppies for "Discriminating Parents".
We offer with each Westie puppy we place, a FIVE YEAR HEALTH WARRANTY, a puppy care package and continual
support to assure the best puppy/owner relationship.
Only three Westie litters, at most, are offered per year,
from our breeders, with our sights on excellence in the breed.

Before you begin your search, visit The American Kennel Club's web site at: akc.org, click on BREEDS, select
A.K.C. Reg. Breed (West Highland White Terrier), then you can click any of the links to the left. Here,
you'll find much information about the breed and look of this wonderful animal. It is of the utmost importance
to fully understand the Westie and what to look for prior to making any commitment.
Remember, High Quality
Westies will catch your eye immediately. They will always look sharp and clean, not ratty and unkept. Their ears
will not appear to big for their head, their nose should be relatively short, tails should not curve over the back to any
extent, and they should appear to be compactly structured exhibiting strong bones.
If you are looking for a quality
Westie ------- please, shop around ----- ask as many questions as you can think of of the breeder.
Reputable breeders are always happy to give as much information as needed to make you assured and comfortable.
Remember one thing: You won't find much more than "PUPPY MILL" puppies at pet stores. Simply
having A.K.C. reg. does not assure quality. Only quality breeding stock, responsible breeding practices,
great canine temperment, dense coat, good pigmentation, healthy bloodlines, some to many AK.C. champions in
the blood lines and THEN, A.K.C. reg. are what make a good canine family member. Think about this in regard
to Pet Shops: If they are selling a puppy for $500.00, you can be assured the Shop paid around $200.00 to $250.00 for
it. No reputable breeder would sell a QUALITY $1000.00 to $1500.00 puppy for that price. That's
impossible. It's only poor quality "Puppy Mill" pups that turn up in pet shops. Puppy
Mills, such a waste of what should be and can be a FANTASTIC BREED.
