The American Stewards of Liberty is an organization, that
I'm proud to say I am one of it's founding members. When this organization was founded many years ago, it was titled
Stewards of the Range. We were a grass roots group that came into being because, the U.S. Bureau of Land Management
and/or the U.S. Forest Service and other Governmental agencies were conducting themselves in a manor that was beyond the laws
of this great land of ours.

One of our most defining court cases began several of years ago. It involved B.L.M. and a
large, family owned cattle ranch in Southern Idaho that had been in existence for many generations. Through
years of unjust pressure and illegal actions brought on by B.L.M. (these facts were proven in Federal court
years later) our loving Government Agency (B.L.M.), took such a toll on this family ranch by cutting off water rights,
which had been in place for near 100 years, cutting fences to allow the ranch's cattle to roam onto restricted property so
B.L.M. could seize those cattle (just short of rustling), and many other things including creating a situation by which the
ranch owners (Margaret Byfield's family) ended up having to sell off all their ranch assets, including their ranch
home and go deeply into debt beyound, to defend themselves against the unjustness that had and was continuing to be done
them. Margaret became our Executive Director of Stewards of The Range and now holds the same position in our consolidated
and much strongerAmerican Stewards of Liberty. The court battles went on for years and years. What a shame
it was that Margaret's father, who had now lost everything in the world he and his fore-family members had
worked and toiled years and years for, passed away about a year prior the final ruling that came down from the last Federal
Court involved, stating truly, the B.L.M. had been completely unjust and in several cases illegal in the actions
taken by them.

Yes, a great victory was won by a small group, in this case, that was known then as the Stewards
of the Range, which margaret's father had founded but, the ranch is gone, their home is gone, a means of livelihood is
gone. Such great pain and suffering had been placed upon this family at the hands of those who thought they
were ABOVE THE LAWS of this land! Above what our founding father had set in place to protect private
property rights for all Americans.

Beware friends, there ARE many things in motion in our country, that place even YOUR home and
small or larger piece of land in jeopardy. Remember the situation back on the east coast a few years ago?
A middle-lower class area was confiscated as being "blighted", which was not so, and then sold to a wealthy developer
so he could build expensive condos. It appears, the only reason this was done was so the city could reap more
tax money from the same amount of land. Beware friends we must become and stay vigilant of our rights or we
may end up like many countries where personal rights carry no value at all!

PLEASE, don't get me wrong! I totally and completely love this
United States of America! I would never wish to live anywhere else BUT, we must stay informed as to all the things
that are happening and be sure what our great forefather brought forth on this land hold true to the ideals of what this
land/country was built upon! I urge you to join us here at American Stewards of Liberty. We need to grow allowing
us to defend all personal property rights for ALL American citizens.
