We feel it is always best to have the new parents come to our ranch or the airport

nearest us (Spokane international) to personally pick-up or fly their little one

home but, we realize at times, this is not feasible. Shipping a Westie puppy via

the most direct air flight is the only other way. If the flight is direct, after a plane

change in Seattle, and of duration of three hours or less, any schedualed flight is

"ok". During cold months, it is best to use a mid day flight when temperatures

are at their warmest, if possible. It is totally to the purchaser's account to make

all the flight arrangements and be absolutely positive to be at the receiving air

terminal well in advance of the puppy's arrival.

We strongly recommend shipping via Alaska Air Freight. Their "AIR FREIGHT"
planes have a totally climate controlled compartment set up specifically for pets.
This is the best and safest way to fly your new family member. The crates are
securely held in place to be sure your Westie puppy isn't bounced around during
take-offs, rough weather or landings. At this time, we know of no other airline
that has these totally climate controlled compartments. ALASKA AIR CARGO

THROUGH ALASKA WITH FANTASTIC RESULTS. OUR PREVIOUS
CUSTOMERS CAN ATTEST TO HOW WELL THEIR LITTLE ONES
"MADE THE TRIP", EVEN ALL THE WAY FROM SPOKANE, WASHINGTON
TO PLYMOUTH, MASSACHUSETTS, WHICH NECESSITATED A PLANE CHANGE
AND SOME SEVEN HOURS OF LAY-OVERS WHILE IN TRANSIT.

From the time the puppy is placed into the hands of the air carriers personal,
we, (La Terra Dios Westies/Morales) are relieved of any and all responsibilities
concerning his/her safety. The responsibility for safety shall then shift
completely to the purchaser of the puppy and the air carrier.

We will securely crate your Westie puppy, be sure he has the needed water/food
for his/her journey, deliver him/her to the proper air shipper, at the proper time
and phone you as soon as your "little one" is safely on his/her way.

For your protection, upon our delivering your puppy to the air freight personal,
we will inform them of the actual value of you puppy so you will have recourse
should the need arise.  This is in ieu of insurance on your puppy. It serves the
same purpose.

Our charges for shipping shall be: $175.00. This covers the cost of purchasing
one crate and food/water dish that one puppy needs to make the journey,
a mandatory health certificate from our vet. (for one puppy/dog), our transporting
your West Highland White Terrier puppy to the air terminal and our return home.
I will deliver your puppy to the air carrier as near to his/her departure
time as allowable. This way your puppy is fresh, relaxed and as calm as possible for
his/her flight. Much less stress.   I stay with your puppy, at the air freight office,

until he/she is loaded on the plane.

If your situation calls for the shipment of more than one puppy, on the same flight,
the same day, the additional costs for that second puppy would be: One extra crate
and dish $65.00, a second health certificate $55.00 = $120.00. Each puppy must be
shipped in it's own crate as per airline reg. and for puppy safety.

This form must be printed out, signed and mailed (PRIORITY MAIL, U.S.
POSTAL SERVICE) to us at least 15 days prior to the shipping of any puppy/dog.

I agree completely to the terms set forth above.
I have enclosed the balance due for my puppy and the additional $175.00
(for one puppy) as stated above.
