hundred dollars ($600.00) to Joyce Morales of La Terra
Dios Westies as a deposit
on one West Highland White Terrier
male/female (mark out one) puppy to be delivered into
my control on or about ________________ ______ 20___.

IS A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
We, Rodger & Joyce Morales shall extend all reasonable
diligence and care to the herein stated puppy while he
is in our care, prior to delivering him/her to the new owner.
The La Terra Dios Westie color code for this puppy is __________

and as of this date, the age of this puppy is _____ weeks old.
The full purchase
price for this puppy is $1500.00
dollars. A final payment (the puppy cost balance) of
nine hundred dollars (plus our charges of $190 dollars,
ONLY if we are shipping to you) shall be satisfied seven days
prior to shipment
or at the time you personally come to our
ranch to pick up your puppy.
No puppy shall be released to the
purchaser prior to it
obtaining the minimum age of 9 weeks but, we feel it is best
for the puppy to
reach 10 weeks of age prior to leaving our
facility.
All puppies who are placed with "new
parents" will have
completed a three step worming schedule and received all
scheduled DHPP vaccinations (puppy
shots) recommended for
his/her age at the present time. There will be more
vaccinations
to be administered by your vet and those shall
be your responsibility.
We will
supply you with a complete record of all de-wormings
and vaccinations your puppy has received while in our care.
This, you will need to take to your Vet. to set a continuing
schedule for upcoming Vaccinations.
My bank draft(s) shall be my receipt for the funds paid to
Joyce Morales of La Terra Dios Westies pertaining to this
document. A copy of my bank draft(s) shall be retained
with and attached to this deposit form to aid in any
default of my obligations. Should legal
action be required
to enforce any terms of this contract
or any other agreement/
contract with La Terra Dios Westies,
jurisdiction shall be
in the State of Idaho, County of
Bonner. Any and all
legal costs incurred by
La Terra Dios Westies shall be
completely reimbursed by defaulter.
I
