day of _______________________, 20____, is warranted by us for a
period of FIVE YEARS from this date against any and all genetic
defects that would be life threatening. If this animal is found to have
such a defect, we shall replace it with another Westie puppy of equal
or greater quality from the next available La Terra Dios litter.

Prior to replacement, we reserve the right to obtain a confirming
veterinary opinion of our choice and location. The cost of this
confirming veterinary visit shall be split 50-50 by the owner and
La Terra Dios Westies. The veterinarian used for this second opinion
shall be within a reasonable distance from the regular home of the
Westie in question and the owner.

Any and all legal discrepancies shall be handled through binding
arbitration in the country of the United States, State of Idaho,
County of Bonner.

I have read, fully understand all the terms of this warranty and
have retained my completed copy in a safe place.
