purchase the above discribed puppy with the full and
complete understanding and agreement that this puppy,
upon
obtaining an age between five (5) and seven (7)
months shall be spayed/neutered at our expense.
Original
documentation (clearly stated veterinary invoice
stating such surgery will suffice) shall be presented to
La Terra
Dios Ranch within 10 days of the spay/neuter.
Upon receiving satisfactory proof of the surgery completion,
the A.K.C. Registration forms shall be mailed to the above
named purchaser.
Please, be sure to mail us this required
validation. We are waiting to send you your
puppy's registration papers to you but, can
not do so without this proof of spay/neuter.
THIS IS A LEGALLY, BINDING DOCUMENT. Any and
all legal costs incurred by Joyce/Rodger Morales, owners
of La Terra Dios Ranch, due to your default of this
binding contract shall be
fully reimbursed to La Terra Dios
Ranch by the signer of this contract or his/her survivors.
I/we have read, understand, agree with and
fully intend to
comply with, all provisions
stated herein. I/we have retained a
completed copy of this document.
