MANDATORY
PUPPY/DOG RETURN
AGREEMENT
NOTE: The words "we" and
"us" within this document
shall be synonymous with Joyce and/or Rodger
Morales and La Terra Dios Westies.
To assure that the puppy/dog you have purchased
from La Terra Dios Westies on this ______ day of
_______________
in the year of ________ will
always have the safe and loving care he/she deserves,
we ask that complete and
sign this agreement.
In the event, for whatever reason, the parties of
signing decide they no longer want or
can not keep
the West Highland White Terrier named __________
purchased on the above date from us, they agree
to contact us at (208) 266-1586 ----------
laterradios@gmail.com as soom as the situation
is realized and that this puppy/dog shall be returned
to us for placement in a new home. The puppy/dog
shall not be given to anyone nor shall it be placed into
any shelter or rescue unit without the written consent
of Joyce Morales.
This requirement
is mainly to prevent one of our
beloved Westies from falling into the hands of those
who may not give him/her
a proper home or may be
obtaining him/her, fraudulently, for the purpose of
selling him/her for annimal
research. If the
undersigned wishes to sell/give this puppy/dog to
someone (ie: a family member/friend) who
they feel
will properly care for it, they shall discuss the matter
with us. Generally, there will be
little to no problem
but, we must approve of the sale/gift.
A returned puppy/dog will be kept
and cared for at
our facility as one of our family members and we will
work diligently to find a new family
who we feel
confident will love him/her fully.
The cost of transporting the puppy/dog to our ranch
is
totally to the account of the signer. You WILL NOT receive any cost reimbursement concerning
your investment in the puppy/dog at the time of
returning
it to us but, if we are able to collect
excess
funds from the future placement of this
puppy/dog,
you may be eligible to receive the
balance
of those funds, less the costs/charges
listed below.
1. $20.00 per day for boarding/administrative,
commencing
the day we receive the puppy/
dog until it is actually placed permenately
into it's new home and all placement charges
have been paid and collected.
2. $40 per month for normal grooming.
3.
The actual costs of any vaccinations needed
during the time at our ranch. We give most
vaccinations.
4. The actual costs of any veterinary care,
medications/vaccinations.
5. Costs incurred in the placement of the puppy/
dog into a new home.
6. Our
charges (varied) related to any training
we must do to insure
a good and proper
placement into a new home. This training
may entail anything
that will bring this
puppy/dog into a state of being a fine
companion for his/her new family.
There will be no direct , out-of-pocket costs to
the signer(s) of this document or their
administrators for our accepting this puppy/
dog into our care and/or the placement thereof
into
a new home.
Any and all legal costs incurred by Joyce Morales, owners of La
Terra Dios
Westies, due to default of this binding contract shall be
fully reinbursed to La Terra Dios Westies by the signer of this
contract or his/her survivors.
I have
read, understand and fully agree with/to the
statements and conditions set forth herein. I have
retained
a complete copy of this document for
my records and will place my copy where my family
will surely find it, should the need arise.
