PUPPY DEPOSIT:      This form is NOT needed until a

certain puppy is being held exclusively for you.  This

generally, but not always, will be around the forth/fifth 

week after the birth of that litter.  We will

inform you when you need to fill it out and send it to us.

Along with the above form, you will need to PRINT-OUT, complete, and send to us the "For The Protection of Our Puppies" form; the "Spay/Neuter Contract" form; the "Health Warranty" form, and the "Shipping form" and "Shipping Information" form(if we will be shipping you puppy).  Once you have these printed and completed with the information you have, call us and we will give you the information you don't know (ie. Litter # etc.).  These forms must be mailed to us via U. S. P. S. Priority mail.

Before sending any paper work to us, be sure to make copies of each for your records.
